1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Foto Studio DUGA, owner Miljenko Glogović, OIB (personal identification number): 18979429118, Ozaljska ulica 11, 10110 Zagreb, Croatia.
E-mail: fotoduga@fotoduga.hr · Phone: +385 1 3097 882
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What data we collect
- Wedding enquiries sent through the form on this website: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, wedding date and venue, selected services and the content of your message. We receive the enquiry by e-mail, and a copy is stored in the website administration.
- Contact by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp: the data you send us yourself, including photos and documents you provide for us to print or process.
- Visiting the website: technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) automatically recorded in the logs of the server hosting the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a));
- performing the agreed service (photography, filming, printing photos and products) — Art. 6(1)(b);
- complying with legal obligations, e.g. issuing and keeping invoices — Art. 6(1)(c);
- the secure and proper operation of the website, including protecting the form from abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. How long we keep data
- We keep enquiries (via the form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp) for 12 months after our last communication, unless the enquiry leads to a contract.
- We keep data related to an agreed service for as long as needed to perform it, and accounting records for the periods required by law.
- Photos and documents you provide for printing or processing are deleted after one week, unless agreed otherwise.
- ID and passport photos taken in our studio are kept for one year, so that we can print additional copies without a new photo session.
5. Recipients
Your data may only be processed by service providers we work with, who are obliged to keep it confidential: the website hosting provider, the e-mail provider and our external accounting service.
The map (Google Maps) and the videos (Vimeo) load only when you click on them. Your browser then connects directly to these providers’ servers, which may process your IP address and use cookies in line with their own privacy policies. Video preview images are loaded from Vimeo’s servers when the page opens. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies to that communication. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cookies may only be set by the providers of embedded content listed in section 5, and only once you load that content yourself.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You can send your request to fotoduga@fotoduga.hr or in person at the studio, and we will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
