What people often ask us.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Just come in during opening hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00, Saturday 9:00 – 14:00. Your photos are ready in 10 minutes.
Do you photograph babies and young children?
Yes, we photograph people of all ages — from babies to seniors.
Can you photograph someone who cannot come to the studio?
Yes. We photograph people with limited mobility in their own home. Call us on +385 1 3097 882 to arrange a visit.
Do you take visa photos?
Yes, for visas to any country, in the size required by the embassy or consulate. Just tell us which country the photo is for.
Do you take photos for a Croatian residence permit?
Yes. We take photos for all types of Croatian documents, including residence permits, to the official biometric standards.
Can I wear glasses?
No. Glasses are not allowed in ID card and passport photos.
Can I get the photo in digital form?
Yes. We can e-mail your ID photo or save it to a USB stick.
What if I need more photos later?
We keep your photo for one year, so we can print more copies without taking a new one.
How much does it cost and how can I pay?
All prices are in our price list. Payment is cash only — we do not accept cards.
